Limited TWO-Year Warranty (Australia only)

At DUST, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our electric bikes and related products. We are pleased to offer you a limited two-year warranty ("Warranty") on our products, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.


Coverage

This Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship in the products purchased from DUST for a period of one year from the date of purchase. During this Warranty period, DUST will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any components or parts found to be defective in materials or workmanship.


Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Improper maintenance
  • Unauthorised modifications or alterations
  • Accidents or incidents not directly related to product defects


Making a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • Visit the DUST support section of our website to fill out our warranty form. Provide all requested information to help us understand the nature of the issue.
  • Wait for a confirmation email from us. This email will provide specific guidance tailored to your unique situation, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Upon receipt of our response email, you will be provided with the address to which you should send the defective product. Please include the Return Authorization number in your shipment, this number will be provided by DUST.
  • Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
  • This process ensures that your warranty claim is handled promptly and efficiently, allowing us to address your specific needs effectively. If you have any questions or require further assistance, do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support team.


Warranty Service

Once DUST receives the defective product, we will evaluate it to determine if the issue is covered by this Warranty. If it is covered, we will repair or replace the defective component or part free of charge. If the product cannot be repaired or a replacement is not available, we may offer an alternative solution or refund the purchase price, at our sole discretion.


Limitation of Liability

DUST is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products. We are also not liable for any injuries or damages caused by the use of our products. It is the responsibility of the user to read and follow the instructions and safety guidelines provided with our products.
