You can place an order for a DUST bike on our website. Simply select the model you are interested in, choose any optional accessories, and proceed to checkout. You will need to provide your contact, shipping information and payment information to complete the order.

The delivery time for your DUST bike depends on the availability of the model you have ordered, as well as your location. Orders will be same day dispatch and shipped within 1-5 business days. (Unless its pre-ordered)

We work with reputable shipping carriers to ensure that your DUST bike is delivered safely and securely. Your brand new DUST bike will be shipped in a box and require very minimal assembly upon delivery. We provide detailed instructions and support to help you assemble your bike.

Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the bike, as well as your location. You can view the shipping cost for your order at checkout before completing your purchase.

Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia. We do not ship our DUST bikes internationally.

Yes, we provide tracking information for all of our shipments. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your new DUST bike has shipped, and you can use this number to track the status of your delivery online.

In the very unlikely event that your DUST bike arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you with a replacement or repair. We may ask you to provide photos of the damage at hello@dustbike.com to help us assess the issue.

You may be able to cancel your order for a DUST bike, depending on the status of your order, please contact us at hello@dustbike.com as soon as possible so that we can assist you. If your order has already shipped, you will need to return the bike in its original condition to receive a refund.
